Counseling Services

I am a queer and neurodivergent affirming clinician whose practice is rooted heavily in grief work, identity and self image/esteem. My style could be described as curious and collaborative, joining my clients on their quest of self discovery and growth. Utilizing therapeutic techniques, my role is one of assisting you in identifying and connecting the dots of your story, helping you better navigate life's uncertainties and transitions, uncover your hidden inner advocate, build community and reclaim your power.

I offer in-person therapy at my office in Olympia, with options of traditional talk therapy, “walk & talk” nature-based therapy, and telehealth services for adults (18+) in WA state.

Current Rates:

  • Diagnostic Intake Assessment: $200

  • Hourly Sessions: $150

Please reach out with any questions regarding payment/fees, as I understand the importance of accessibility and affordability when it comes to healthcare. I am able to offer superbills to all of those carrying insurances in which I am not paneled with, for client reimbursement, and have some session spots offering a reduced rate (please see Policies page for additional information on my Sliding Scale policy).

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

I am an approved supervisor for Washington state, in accordance with WAC 246-809-334.

I have 19 years of experience in the field of social work. I have provided service and support to people from all walks of life in both clinical and non-clinical settings throughout my career. If you are currently in need of supervision for licensure, or seeking consultation and guidance in navigating complex cases or establishing your own practice, I’d love to support you!
